Substitution Policy:
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme or color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

We serve the following areas: Stroudsburg, Bartonville, Delaware Water Gap, East Stroudsburg, Marshalls Creek, Mt. Pocono, Shawnee on the Delaware and Tannersville. We will gladly travel to Luzerne and Lackawanna counties to make your wedding the most special experience.
Delivery Policy:
A local delivery fee of $6.00 till is added to each order, for each address, depending on town and location. U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are not able to accept international orders over the internet.

flowers were still not delivered for 3 days past scheduled. Florst claimed they called me and got no answer (untrue, I have voicemail). I was screamed at when I told them so. When I asked for the name of the business (I ordered through FTD), Tony, the owner yelled at me that he won't deliver my flowers and I take it up with FTD if I had a problem with it. then he hung up on me. Do not trust your important occasions to this business. there are other florists in the area. Go with a business owned by someone stable - especially if this is for a wedding day or something special.

Firstly, we have proudle served the poconos for over 17 years. We are known for quality products and FRIENDLY service. We try to please everyone and stand by our products and our policies. in the case of this customer--this order was done through a wire service and the information the customer gave was not correct--which resulted in the non delivery. In addition, the customer was beyond rude and did not wantt o hear about his error--so we professionally cancelled the order and had the wire service send it through another shop. We are always here for our clients, however, we are not here to be abused by anyione--we choose not to deal with such clients. It is unfortunate--however, we did the professional thing and made sure his order was handled by another shop.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH FLORAL BOUTIQUE! I ORDER AN ARRANGEMENT FOR A DELIVERY AND WAS VERY HAPPY. THE VASE ARRANGEMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE FLOWERS WERE VERY FRESH--LASTED ABOUT 12 DAYS! THE STAFF WAS GREAT WITH THEIR SUGGESTIONS--WAS VERY PLEASED AND WOULD DEFINTELY ORDER AGAIN.
